First look with Urban Decay's Smoked palette! (Smokey green and brown)

Smokey eyes with Urban Decay Smoked Palette! Ladies, feast on eyes on my first smokey look using my very new and very dear Smoked Palette which was gifted to me around Christmas time from my loveliest boyfriend.

I actually very much wanted a special set of mini products from Soap & Glory but he realized that I was on a make up ban and wouldn't buy any for myself so he remembered how much I wanted this palette and got it for me!

Continue below for my Smokey eye look!

Here I am posing with my Urban Decay Palette! It's pure love I tell you! I've been envisioning all the looks I could do for sexy, sultry smokey eyes and finally this baby is in my hands!

I did my make up in the morning while my boyfriend was on my laptop, we later spent the afternoon at the Gardens by the Bay here in Singapore! Photos coming soon!
The YSL rouge volupte in nude beige was too pale by itself so a touch of the P2 in Pont neuf added more 'pink' to the lips! I think it's a much better finish than a purely nude lip!
While doing this look I didn't really have a plan and just worked color by color with a bare bone idea of how I wanted the look to be like in my head! I was grumbling at some points worried about how it was going to turn out and my boyfriend would look down from my bed and then look back at my laptop not wanting to comment!

I'm very happy with how it turned out and am glad to say that the eyeliner with the kit in Perversion lasted amazing in my waterline. It's now HG to me, along with my Clio gelpresso eyeliners!

Would you do a smokey look like this?
Black or colored smokey?
Let me know!

Feel free to comment!
Thank you so much!

  4. So sweet of your boyfriend to gift you this palette knowing you were on a makeup ban! :) Great smoky eye look you created with the shadows and the pretty pink lip really balances the heavier eyes nicely. I'm also loving Sleek Suede on you, what a beautiful neutral and applied flawlessly as usual!

  19. how long does UD Perversion last in your waterline? I have asian eyes too and I feel nothing will last. I wear contacts and so I'm sure that doesn't help my case much either.
