FOTD: Princess Pink eyes using Kiko Color Shock!

Princess Pink Pop! Here's a super feminine, girly and easy look using one of my new Kiko color shock longwearing eyeshadows which I received in a generous swap with Pam from Jade in the Palace beauty blog!

Check out the beauty swap I did with (Pam here!) And my first ever blogger meet up with her earlier this year (here in Singapore!)

My typical 'flawless' and 'to go' look is usually some neutrals, always shimmery with some depth and rosy cheek but one day I wanted some pink! I reached out for the super creamy kiko eyeshadow and came up with this!

Continue below for the look!
Princess Pink eyes using Kiko color shock longwearing eyeshadow in Sunset Coral!
Meant to be simple and pink, that's all! I love these lashes! My favorite pair cut into half!
I did this super simple, using the kiko color shock cream shadow (rose gold color!) all over, it blends out like a dream! And then a bit of a dark purple tone brown on the outer V!
Line the bottom with gel liner and used my favorite pair of lashes cut in half on my lids!
Products used: Sleek Oh So Special Palette (my review here), theBalm mary lou manizer (my review here), Revlon matte shadow (for eyebrows), Kiko long lasting eyeshadow stick, Wet n Wild gel liner, Kiko Color shock longlasting cream shadow, ZA concealer perfection (my review here), Sleek blush in Mirrored pink (my review here), NYX blush in taupe (contour)
One of my favorite dishes! Indonesian Ayam Penyet at Ayam Penyet President in NEX serangoon!

This Ayam Penyet or 'smashed chicken' which is the translation, is a marinated, deep fried chicken that's been 'smashed' literally after cooking. From this outlet called Ayam penyet President, the chicken is more moist than at other places which I don't mind but I personally prefer the chicken drier and crispier. The tofu also is not marinated long enough and they give very little vegetables!

This is Tahu Telor or fried tofu and eggs, the tofu melts in the your mouth and the egg is deep fried too! The sauce is a smooth thin consistency of peanut gravy! I personally love the sweet dark sauce version more!
I paired this look with a shimmery pink cheek using Sleek's blush and was wearing a black crochet top with a pale pink lining! A sweet girly look for a dinner with my baby!

November is almost over! As of tomorrow the last month of the year will begin! How are you changing up your make up or skincare routine year end?

Would you do pink looks for the year end?
Like cream shadows?
let me know!

Feel free to comment! Thank you!

  3. You wear pink so well! I always found it to be a tricky colour to pull off, especially with Asian skin tones, but you wear it to perfection :) I think I'll have to revisit the pinks in the Oh So Special palette - I remember trying them once on my lids and being surprised at how not terrible it looked :p Lol. As always your skin looks ridiculously flawless in your pictures!

    1. That's what I've heard from many ladies! I think the key is to go with a shimmery light to mid tone pink, hot pinks or reddish pinks are much trickier! It is my favorite affordable palette, do dig it up!

  5. PINK is perfect on you - I could NEVER carry out a pink look :'( SO SAD! But wow, I rarely see great pink wearers - and you're definitely one of them, Shar!
I would love to try KIKO, as it is much raved about on the net but ugh, no Kiko to be found here. Love the blush and lip you paired your pink look with, too!
