Hand over that Cookie Blusher! Okay, so I have to admit that despite the HUGE amount of beauty items I bought when I had a holiday in Bangkok, Thailand last year (see my haul here!) I really regret not picking up more things! I know, I know, I have one face, two eyes, two cheeks, one big mouth and only 10 fingers and toes to apply things to!
Karmart is a korean beauty shop that has so many outlets all over bangkok and in this outlet at the entrance of a train station stop I just had to pick up this beauty of a baked blusher! I mean, just the marbelized finish caught my eye and how glowy it was on swatch! I also sent one to Pam from Jade in the Palace in a swap!

Packaging!
There is really nothing much to say about the packaging except that it is just damn adorable. Packaged like a little bubble, the whole thing looks like something a princess would use with the powder puff with the pink ribbon and all. My favorite part is being able to see the beautiful marbelized product as I take out the puff and don't use it for the blush.
The only downside is that although this blush fits in the palm of your hand the rounded shape of the packaging meant to fit the puff inside makes it much bulkier than needed. Otherwise there is no real packaging let down!

Product!
It's completely love all around. There is nothing to say bad about this blush. It's completely adorable and the marbelized baby pink look of the blush is quite stunning. This blush is of medium pigmentation and it has a satin finish that shows up as a beautiful glowing pink. This product is so easy to work with and it's impossible to go wrong with it.
A light hand or a heavy hand with this product will give you a light pink glow to a medium translucent pink glow. This product blends so easily and just looks flawless. This shade although seemingly light on my cheeks will show up and probably look great on all complexions.
This is perfect for those who love shimmery/satin blushes, something easy to work with and a shade that goes with almost any look!

395 Thai Baht (Regular price in Karmart in Bangkok) I purchased this at a big discount!
Recommend: Yes! Everything about this blush is just perfect in my books! Glowing, pink, pretty and this finish and blush just would be lovely on anyone!
Repurchase: Yes! When I go back to Bangkok or visit any Karmart I totally will be buying a lot more things from Cathy Doll!
Bottom line: In my opinion, the perfect blush for any type of girl, especially those who crave and cuddle kawaii cutesy looking products! This product not only looks adorable but performs wonderfully! I can't wait to get more things from Cathy Doll in the future!

The packaging for this is so cute!! The color in the pan looks so intimidating, but it looks so beautiful on your cheeks.

ReplyDeleteIt's pretty but I don't like that it's a bit too shimmery. I am a fan of matte blushes :)

ReplyDeleteI haven't tried any Cathy doll products yet. But this does look soooo cute, especially the touch of the pink bow on the puff, and the shade is very pretty. It looks very good on you!
ReplyDeleteseriously, cookie blusher? and that name...? how could you not love this!!
ReplyDeleteThat blush is TOO FREAKING CUTE and THAT COLOUR!!! I'm really starting to appreciate blushes with a sheen to them (I was in love with mattes for a very long time) because they just bring so much life to the cheeks and face. I seriously love this shade on you!!
ReplyDeleteAnd I totally get ya with wanting more stuff. My makeup collection is disgustingly large right now, but I'm still buying more stuff. I'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO USE UP EVERYTHING ;-;
