Smoky Army Green Eyes using Bourjois! (Smoky baked trio)

Smoky shimmery army green! When it comes to dressing up and making my dark brown eyes pop I tend to lean to blues and greens. For this look, I was wearing a pair of hazel lenses out for the day and reached for my old bourjois smoky trio to achieve this easy gradient green look! For those who are not sure how to create a blended, smoky type eye look, buying shadows in trios or quads meant to achieve this effect is a great way to start and practice.

Despite telling myself that I really shouldn't be buying anymore eyeshadows before I use up at least one or two, I really may get another trio or two from Bourjois! These smoky eye trios really make for the most easy and pretty eye looks in no time!

Continue below for the entire look!

Really liked how the contacts aren't harsh looking!
The baked trio eyeshadows form Bourjois are so pigmented, smooth, shimmery and blend/work with each other so well!

Seriously love how the darkest deep green shade has a really gorgeous darkening effect in the outer v without the need for a black or charcoal shade!
Products used: Make Up Forever HD High Definition Primer, Laneige Pore Control BB Cushion #13, Kate Mineral Loose Powder Foundation, ZA Perfect Fit two way powder, Maybelline Color Tattoo, Revlon Matte (for brows), Sleek Blush in Suede, Bourjois Smoky Eyes Baked Trio, Kiko Long Lasting Stick Eyeshadow, Art Deco brow gel, Lady Oscar Eyeliner, Kiss Me Heroine Long & Curl Super Waterproof, Maybelline Watershine Pure Lipstick
Additional eyeshadows used: Peachy light brown from MUA undressed palette, highlight shade from Catrice quad, taupe brown from Lancome, shimmery white from Dior Travel Cannage palette
This look really is a gorgeous daytime smoky type look! Paired it with my army printed button down top from Forever 21!
On my lips is Maybelline's Water Shine Pure Lipstick in B23! This is a great nude for asian complexions!
Super shimmery, metallic, bold and with a smooth gradient of colors and some light brown in the crease this is something I wear both during day and night!
By far my favorite look using the 08 vert trendy smoky trio baked eyeshadows from Bourjois! I can't wait till the next time I use this! Hope to buy another trio soon!

  5. I've never used bourjois products before but I love how blended the colors look! I'm trying REALLY hard to use up a couple of eye shadows and not buy any palettes until next holiday season!

  6. Ooh, a smoky green! Very nice!
If I were to pull off this look, I'd pair the smoky green eyes with a nude brown lip colour. I should dig out my green eyeshadows and give this a try!

  7. Army green is not something you see every day, so it's really refreshing to see this look on you. Love that it's sexy and unusual with the green. Now I really want to put on some green smokey eyes ^^. Btw the contacts look great, I didn't even realise you were wearing any, they look so natural!

  8. You just reminded me that I have this palette buried and never use it. Now, I remember why I purchased it. The gorgeous greens that are so unique. Thank-you for the pretty eye look too!

  9. I love you in green eyeshadow! You are so right about the dark green giving that automatic smoky effect without looking like you need to be going out to a club. The hazel lenses certainly make this look pop, but I think you would be able to pull it off with your normal eye colour too!
