FOTD: Soft plum eye with fairy lashes!

Plum perfection! I've been horrendously busy with school and other things on my weekends and days off, so do excuse me for my less frequent posts! I'm dying to finish up some reviews and do some food post as I've been cooking a lot!

This was the look I created to go out with my family the weekend after chinese new year to visit family friends. I wanted feminine, soft, pretty and wearable and chose to go with plummy rosy shades!

Continue below for more from the look!
A soft plum and pink eye with fairy fluttery eyelashes!
A touch of rose to the cheeks, my favorite shade!
Using a single lash cut into half for the outer half for a flared effect!
Products used: Vichy Mineral BB cream (my review here!), Missha perfect cover bb cream (my review here!), Color combos powder (my review here!), Revlon photoready powder for contour, theBalm Cabana boy blush (my review here!) False eyelashes from Diaso, Majolica Majorca jeweling eyes quad (my review here), Mac eyeshadow in Star violet, Maybelline color tattoo in Tough as taupe, Heroine make up lash glue, Heroine mascara (my review here!), Heroine eyeliner
Soft focus eye look, using a pink on the lid with a mid tone eggplant for the crease.

Love the flared but not over the top lashes!

What I wore on the day, a striped maxi dress and my new love, my neon pink and taupe bag from Charles & Keith!

The catering at my father's friend home was very sumptuous! A good mix of western appetizers and asian delights for chinese new year celebration with old friends and family!
Sooo yummy, love this type of mixed vegetable, celery, carrots, lotus root, ginko nuts, dates and pine nuts!

A costumed fortune god to bless the house!

An old friend of the family, I insisted we switched our pink bags!
Later that night, getting fed on the kitchen floor by the other half!
My favorite photo of the day, the cobble floor covered in colorful plastic ribbon!
Before leaving I decided to slap on some Revlon lip butter in Sugar Plum! (my review here!)

I'm going to have a week of break off school next week! Yay for that! So many things I want to do although unfortunately my other half doesn't have the same break.

Do stay tuned for food posts and more reviews!

Thank you for stopping by!
