Seafood and pasta, favorites combined! I'm a huge fan of seafood, I probably could eat any seafood, shell fish, crustaceans, fish for the rest of my meals and be happy. That and pastas and spaghetti which I adore too!
I promised to cook my family a white sauce spaghetti last week and so I did!

Fresh prawns, frozen scallops and mussels. Chopped up leek, celery, white onion, red onion and garlic. Angel hair for the pasta! |

Angel hair is cooked and coated with some olive oil, tossed to prevent sticking. |

All seafood is blanched with salted water to remove smells and prevent over cooking later. |

Sweet white wine used for cooking the vegetables and seafood. |

Saute all the vegetables with olive oil, pepper and salt, when browned add some white wine. |

Remove from pan and mix with angel hair, coating evenly. |

Saute scallops with butter, salt and pepper! |

I love quick, yummy filling recipes, I just came up with this from what I knew about flavors and what worked with what. Hope you all are having healthy mindful meals that satisfy you and leaves your body well. I think food is so important!
