Rave Review: Clio Nail Styler polish (Glitz Pink, Disco Blue, Glitz Jade, Tropical Mint, Disco Red, Golden Peach, White)

Clio's Nail Styler Polishes! I really don't do any posts on nail polishes, although I do wear nail polishes quite frequently. Recently I cleared out my polish boxes which are two small boxes of polishes I've bought the last 5 years. I don't ever buy collections of polishes or sets so usually it's one bottle at a time but the last two years I've used so little polish that I had plenty of dried out polishes to get rid of. I never buy high end polishes so it doesn't hurt to do major clearing!

I never realized Clio had nail polishes but when I came across this range at Watsons at AMK hub I just so many shades that screamed out at me to buy them!

Special: New Years Eve Dinner with the family! (FOTD and nails!)

Happy New Year! Hope you all had a good time whether it be relaxing at home, with friends, family or your pets! I had a fancyish dinner with my family which I only booked the night before when thinking about what to do for New Year's Eve!

We ate at a slightly upscale restaurant called "Angus Steak: Charcoal Grill Yakiniku Grill" Their food is a blend of Japanese and western grill using high quality Japanese beef!

I had some trouble at first deciding what make up to do but I ended up doing a layered and very rich looking brown eye!

Sugar Babe: My favorite peachy nude nail polish!

Nude nails! Always will be 'in' no matter what! I've tried a couple nude type polishes but this one has been my favorite and it's too bad it's finished now and I can't find it anymore in singapore!

Mini Haul: Skin Food nail polishes & eyeliner brush! (swatches)

Here's a mini nail polish haul I did a while ago...I rarely buy much nail polish but I'd actually finished a bottle of my favorite gray shade from skin food.

At the same time I chose a couple more and picked up another eyeliner brush for gel lining which I featured and reviewed in my Kate gel eyeliner post here!

The majority of my nail polishes are from The Face Shop or Skin Food, I've got a couple Sally Hansen, Revlon and some cheaper asian brands.

The Face Shop and Skin Food products are Korean and are all made in Korea.

Quick Look: Sally Hansen Xtreme wear nail polish in 'Sugar babe' (photos!)

I've been a lover of nail polishes for the last year! I had a neutrals phase and then bright colors and now back to dark, almost black shades. If you love your neutrals with a bit of spunk, Sally Hansen's Xtreme wear in 'Sugar Babe' is a delectable sugary peach that would look lovely on most nails and skin tones.

It comes in an cylindrical bottle, slim compared to other bottles. The product itself is quite long wearing without any top and base coats (which I often/never use) I'd say at least a good 4-5 days no chipping.  I rather touch up tips that've chipped. I find chipped polish with a top coat is thick and touching up then is a hassle.

The color has fine shimmers throughout, it's a pinky peach and has a lovely consistency. I find the brush easy to use, not too thick it's long and flat which is great for smaller nails that take more precision on the sides!

Paid: $13.90 SGD (I think, for 1 bottle UP)

It's not 'cheap' but it's definitely cheaper compared to OPI in Singapore which retails at $23.90 SGD and Nicole at $17.90.

The Face Shop and Skin Food are popular choices in Singapore, plenty of colors, and very affordable! I will have some photos up sometime on my box full of face shop polish!

Love the line...has lovely basic to bold shades...
