Haircare: Herbal Essences Touchable Moisture Honey & Lavender Conditioner!

Honey & Lavender conditioner! I've used and loved Herabl Essences since I was a child and it was the brand of shampoo and conditioner that I used when I started buying haircare form a 'grown up' brand! I've loved every single scent from their line, the old and the now reformulated one. I saw this in the supermarket and realized that this was completely new and from Japan!

There are two scents from Herbal Essences Japan which is a rose and this honey and lavender! I smelled this and holy cow!! The scent made me want to grab all of bottles!

Quick review: John Frieda Frizz-Ease Straight Ahead Conditioner!

Gimme some Frizz-Ease! Condition my hair! Being a person with long and thick hair I condition almost daily the lower half of my long hair. I usually use drugstore brands like Pantene, Herbal Essence or Tresmme  because buying more expensive conditioners is a bit painful as I use product up very quickly. I went searching in the pharmacy a few weeks back and found that John Frieda is in Singapore now!

Year End Hair Cut!

Hair cut time! I'm very simple, lazy and laid back when it comes to my hair. I have very thick and long dark hair. It's naturally very heavy and not the smoothest or silkiest. I wash my hair everyday and condition the tips every day as well with occasional hair masks every other week or so.

My boyfriend and I were in need of a hair cut or at a trim really after not getting our trim for more than 3 months! The last time we both got our trims were also together so on a spur of the moment feeling we both got our hair cuts together!

Having heard about the rave over different types of hair oils like Argan the last two years I personally didn't want to try any Argan oil products due to the recent years of over harvesting the argan fruit. Instead I got myself some Macadamia oil products from the ever popular Organix hair line!

Oh, the amount of hair products I've finished!

So sorry, ever since part time work (which seemed like a full time job the first few weeks, I mean...4, 5 days a week? Yeah, they were in need of help at the time! I'm back blogging and excited as always. Catching up with my own blog and visiting all your lovely blogs too!

Quickie Post: Curled hair?! (opinions!)

I've been one of those people who eagerly watch youtube videos on hair curling and wish so much to be able to try them out...well...I did!

Finally after getting a new flat iron (one that was very expensive! but technically free due to matters I will not disclose on here) I sat for more than 30 mins, watching different videos on how to curl hair with a flat iron!

Finally after watching the thumb on a girl's video and where  and how it changed position, I finally got it! I was so happy I rushed around the house, showing everyone my newly curled hair! It was late at night so I slept in it and woke up with straight hair! wahahah!

Here are some photos I took that night, mind you, they aren't very clear but you get the picture, I've cut my hair shorter now in the back but the front is pretty much the same length!

Uneven and lots of straight bits on the left side! But the curls are so prettyy!
