Packaging & Product!
Simple, cutesy and practical. That's what comes to mind with the sturdy clear plastic packaging for this quad. For those who think plastic is cheap, it's a small compromise in my opinion as these shadows are so wearable and to die for!
The plastic lid snaps shut very well and it comes with a double sided sponge applicator which is useful although I always use brushes. I like how you can see the shadows inside and the print on the cover is so cute!
This jeweling quad has a satin finish with three of the four, the lightest shade is a fine shimmery pale pink which works quite well under the brow, the shimmer isn't so dense when brushed on. In comparison to the shadows from the 'Majolook' trio, those has a strong metallic finish whereas these have a softer, glowy finish.
These on their own with no base (as swatched) are fairly opaque but they look the most vibrant with a primer. I applied these for the look (below) without a primer and they are a bit sheer but they wore very well throughout the day and look good a bit sheer too.
I think all of the quads and trios from Majo Majo are fabulous and I would pick up more because they are easy to use, the colors work together great and they are of quality!

- Shimmery glittery frosty pale pink
- Satin baby pink
- Satin medium bright pink
- Satin aubergine with silver glitter
Using three of the four colors with a slick of liner and mascara. Without a primer, they are a bit sheer but still show up. A touch of the purple on the outer corner adds a lot of depth! |
Products used: Cetaphil moisturizer with spf, Rimmel Stay Matte foundation, Bourjois blush in Rose de Jaspe (my review here!), Bourjois mineral powder in Vanille, Kiss me heroine mascara in long & curl (my review here!) , Peripera very nice eyeliner (my review here!), Majolica Majorca 'Jeweling Eyes' quad in PK383 |
