Shopping haul and lunch at Crystal Jade lunch (New Look, H&M, Denizen, Charles and Keith)

Shopping haul for June! Although I have done quite well the last few months with a lot less online purchases and major hauls I've made it a point to pick up some sale or very worth while simple bits last months when the Great Singapore Sale started! I didn't get anything so special or exciting but definitely looks of good pieces that I will be wearing the heck out of!

Mom and I had gone into the more casual Crystal Jade restaurant outlet and we both ordered the lunch set which was a choice of noodle and a dim sum!

Continue below for the haul and lunch!

Shopping haul and lunch at Crystal Jade lunch (New Look, H&M, Denizen, Charles and Keith)
A seriously awesome deal for lunch, not too much and definitely more than enough food! They have some of the best hand made chinese noodles and dim sum in my opinion!
Char sui bao "tian jin style'! Sweet pork buns! The bun was so soft and there was A LOT of filling which is what makes me happy!
Tian jin style, the bun is not as porous and as easily broken apart but it's just as soft and fluffy!
I chose the la mien with mushroom and spicy mince pork sauce! This was brilliant!
A delicious thick spicy and slightly sweet sauce filled with shitake mushrooms, mince pork and chilli bits!
This portion was at least 100-120 grams of noodles, usually enough or more than enough for typical asians but this is considered their 'half portion' on the regular menu. Full portions are HUGE, great for sharing if you're eating other things too!
A 'chef special' of four three special xiao long baos and one regular!
The green xiao long bao has vegetables with pork!
The  black skin is pork with black truffle!
The orange is spicy chicken!
Mom and I love their xiao long bao so much we ordered a basket of the normal xiao long bao!
Dips! Soya sauce, dried chilli oil, black vinegar and ginger!
My mom opted for the shrimp wanton and la mien noodle soup!
Where we sat inside the la mien kitchen outlet of Crystal Jade in Takashimaya!
Up on the floor with sports wear is the sanrio merchandise section!
All the super cute character as coin banks!
Such a cute lunchbox! But look at that pricetag! Too expensive! I'd never buy this for a child it's just too pricey!
Mugs! I totally would pick one up! Love the prints!
I might actually cave in and get some plastic ware plates with the cutesy design! i totally would eat off them!
Chopsticks and ice cube trays!
Tonnes of merchandise from the crazy popular app LINE!
OMG.....so much cute stuff, the bear just kills me! He looks so blank and cute.
Just look at all those expressions! hahaha!
Singapore finally has Yves Rocher!!! This is the second outlet if I'm not wrong! The first one I've visited!
They're products at regular price are more affordable than The Body Shop and they seem just as good if not better! I did walk out buying two products!
During the biggest summer sale the most we get is usually 20%, sometimes 30%! Kate from kanebo! Great drugstore japanese brand!
In our pharmacy/drugstore Watsons we have a great large selection of japanese and some korean make up!
This brand is from japan and all their make up is so princess like! Bought a shadow palette from them recently!
Mom and I got lazy and decided to share KFC for dinner! We both love coleslaw and the sjora drink!
Shopping haul!

These three stripy cotton tops are all from H & M! They were all on sale! The stripe cotton cardigan piece was from cotton on! I'm just loving stripes and need the lightest, stretchy and most comfy pieces because it's always so damn hot and humid here!

Textured grayish blue and a seafoam green top! These are so super soft and are oversized! From New Look and H & M!

Bikini top from H & M! The only one left in this design and it was my size!

Gorgoues plaid shirts from Denizen which were at buy one get one free! The pink and purple one is shorter than usual and both are so saturated in color and are so cooling and awesome to wear during the hot weather! I had to get them in size XL so that the buttons wouldn't open on my chest! Otherwise I fit M!

My newest bag from Charles and Keith! It's a bright bold deep blue that's showing up washed out here!
The perfect size, it's simple and I love having a shoulder strap!

Height waisted black trousers and a thin stretchy cotton mix dress from New Look! Love the gingham design and it's so comfortable and great in Singapore's hot weather!

A simple black PU handbag from the australian brand Colette Hayman!

I've been trying my best to only buys things on sale these last two months but my mother has also been treating me with going out and buying things with me. However with recently progress with my entrance to school in September which is most likely the intake I'm going for, I will be needing to buy winter wear and back ups of certain things and some skincare!

It's not 100% confirmed yet although the school I've been accepted into is currently processing my visa already! If I am confirmed to be moving off to school I will be letting you guys know!

Have you been buying anything from summer sales?
Make up or clothes?
Let me know!

Thank you for stopping by!

  1. I'm drooling over the xiao long baos. I love that each colour had a different filling. I've only ever eaten the regular ones. Not sure if these "special" ones can be found around here.

I really want one of those Sanrio coin banks. They are too cute! And the LINE characters, too.

All the best with schooling! I hope it all works out. :)

the sanrio stuffs are so cute! but I agree, they're so pricey.. In Indonesia, there are a lot of those stuffs for maybe 1/8-1/10 of the price in Singapore, not sure if they're original sanrio..but hey kids stuffs and toys won't really last long anyway, right? xD

love your tartan shirts! they will always come in handy!
