Gimme that Deluxe Shadow Box! This beautiful box of colorful shimmery shadows from Urban Decay was gifted to me by the lovely Pam from Jade in the Palace blog! We had a swap some months ago and this was an amazing surprise from her as she knows that I like playing around with bright colors and I love shimmery shadows!
I'd almost ordered this for myself two years ago but the shipping cost from the site was too high for my liking and skipped. I was sad as this isn't produced anymore and isn't sold in many places anymore so receiving this was such a heart warming surprise!

Packaging!
Straight up, I love the packaging! This shadow 'box' is super cute and although it's not the slimmest, it's actually a very small box packaging. I do like how there's a mirror on the inside which can come in very useful and the motif on the inside is very cute.
I'm a fan of the purple scheme, the velvet material on the cover is very nice to touch and it's a nice difference from the usual plastic compacts or just hard cardboard type packaging. There's a very strong magnetic snap shut closing mechanism which I like and am confident in so I don't believe this would open easily. It comes with two sponge tip applicators which I will keep but probably won't use.

Product!
These little squares of shadows are perfection! They are pigmented, smooth, buttery, filled with super fine shimmer and blend so easily together and with other shades! I've always had an eye for fun bright shades, especially those with shimmer as I am just a pure shimmery junkie. I have used matte shadows but always prefer shimmery shades.
This palette comes with an assortment of their' deluxe shadows which you can buy individually in singles that come with A LOT of product. This box has most of the deluxe shadows as the line is very small. I love that there are three beautiful neutral shades and then more blue/cool toned shades which I'm a huge fan of.
After swatching and using a couple of these bad ones, I just can't find any downsides to them unless you've got no ideas of how to use them. I can easily see these shades using as all-over-lid shades or you can use two or three together! I can't wait to use this palette for more looks!

Honey: A warm bronzed golden honey shade, it's an 'old' gold looking shade!
Ransom: A cool toned indigo purple, I really want to use with a bold blue soon!
Graffiti: A neutral grassy green with a slight yellowish reflect!
Zero: A great even black that's just about a black but nowhere as deep as perversion, it's filled of micro shimmer!

Shag: The perfect warm bronze, it's great for all over the lid and for blending out other shades!
Scratch: The prettiest pinky oyster-ish shade, I was super close many times to buying this in a single!
Underground: A warm taupish brown, not yet taupe but it has a lovely grayish undertone!

Retails for $38 USD originally, it is no longer found on Urban Decay's website.
Recommend: YES! If you love playing around with bold shades but nothing too crazy and like shimmer, this palette is amazing. It's the perfect play box and I just love that there are three lovely neutrals which come in super useful for blending out other shades with!
Repurchase: Yes! In terms of shadows, I'd totally buy more eyeshadows from Urban Decay because their shadows seem to be just amazing in all aspects. I am looking forward to getting the Naked 3 in the future!
Bottom line: A palette with a great mix of bright cool shades and a few lovely neutrals that make for a perfect palette for playing around with. These shades are so shimmery, soft and pigmented! I can't recommend this palette anymore!

Ouuu, I remember this palette kept going on sale on Sephora a while back, but it was always sold out whenever I clicked on it to buy...THOSE LIARS.
