Empties: MEGA empties post for December!

Mega empties for the month of December! Yes, I know it's already almost the end of January but here's a giant clean out I did for the whole month of December. I threw out products I finished, as well as things I have had too long in my collection as well as lots of samples and masks.

I really want to keep my collection small and rotating and not end up like some ladies with giant collections where they keep on 'discovering' products they forget they had! Hope this month has been good for everybody. I'm keeping personal spending down to a minimum so I can take a short deserved holiday soon with my boyfriend!

Continue below for the huge empties post!
My super mega empties post for the month of December!
Pantene shampoo (one of my favorites, I will buy it again and again!), Rejoice shampoo (from Bangkok, smells soo good), Boots Carribean cocktail body wash (Love how refreshing this smells! My review here)

Guardian wet wipes, NuFresh make up remover wipes (my favorite affordable wipe to use),  cleansing water (Japanese drugstore brand, its super lousy for long wearing make up), Soskin toner (excellent toner), L'oreal lash serum (I used to use this all the time, My review here!), Garnier sakura cleanser (great smells, very light), The Face Shop Rice Bright cleanser sample

After having bought a powder from them and loving it I decided to get this one!
I chose the lightest shade out of four! However it wasn't even close to my skin tone!
It's much much too dark on me, I'm a NC20-25 and this is a like NC 40! I gave it to my mother!
The Face Shop Black sugar scrub! (amazing product, my review here), L'oreal lip and eye make up remover (my HG), NYX megashine lipgloss in smokey, L'oreal youth code eye essence, Kate gel eyeliner (a HG eyeliner) my review here!
Here I have thrown up a bunch of products that I've had for ages and haven't use: Rimmel eyeliner, two neutrogena eyeliners (they are lovely shades but I haven't used them!), MUFE aqua eyeliners (very old and dried), Sleek creme to powder foundation (the shade was too warm and dark for me but worked for my mom)

Nivea toner (very basic and decent), Aqua label softener (a very great gentler toner alternative) my review here, Neutrogena moisturizer (my review here), Simple Clear Skin moisturizer (a good light moisturizer for below make up)
A bunch of face masks and some samples from a previous gift swap from Pam from Jade in the Palace!
Johnsons baby bath (I used this to wash make up sponges), Dove hair mask (amazing, real lasting smoothness), Johnsons Kids blue berry shampoo (a fave scent of mine), Contact lens solution (as I am a wearer of contacts and have been since I was 12)
Two palettes I bought when I was younger, the big one was useful to me during an art project in the past but I have no more use for it. The long pink palette on the right was a mac fake although it was very pigmented I rarely use it!
Maybelline pure mineral foundation ( I really have enjoyed these but I've had them for so long and used both half up), L'oreal true match in the lightest shade R1 (I have no idea why my mom bought this but I've only used it sparingly for concealing), SO SAD my RT blending brush! It's one of my favorites but it finally came out of the brush handle!

Rejoice hair conditioner (I picked this up my Bangkok, I love it), St. Ives scrub (a constant repurchase), a polish from The Face Shop, a polish from Essence, Kiss me heroine mascara (my HG mascara) My review here!
Here's my kitty Lis going, "Hail all the products to be trashed!" Hope you all find her adorable!

Have you done some spring cleaning in your make up collection?
Anything you can't wait to finish and throw out?
Let me know!

Thank you for stopping by!

  2. I think this is kind of post I won't be able to do because I very rarely use up any product besides the daily necessities like soap, shower gel, del etc. lol
and so sad what happened to the RT blending brush! I hate it when my loved brush 'retired' lol.. but nothing is eternal isn't it? :p
