Haul for March: Make up and skincare! (NYX eyeliner, Coastal Scents Smokey Palette, Organix, Hada Labo!)

March Make up haul! This is just a bunch of stuff I sort of got all at once, YES, all at once! I have no idea when I will come across a booth with Smoochiez, so since I knew I would be working soon, starting tomorrow I took the chance and got myself a bunch of lovely things!

I came across Smoochiez make up booths at Watsons in Seragoon NEX and all the NYX products and coastal scents and colorful palettes were selling!I gave in and got a bunch of things, the coastal scents smokey palette, NYX eyeliners, an OPI glitter polish, brush gaurds, NYX powder and other powders!

March: Food and shopping with mom and dad! (Ichiban Sushi and Ssikek Korean BBQ!)

March Madness! March was full of good things for me, classes, a week of break, spending time with my boyfriend, over spending on make up and new dresses and lots of food!!

I went out with my mother for lunch and then on the same day met up with my father for dinner at a Korean BBQ Grill house!

Rose gold in a tube! That's what I'm going to say when I speak about Korres guava lipstick in this beautiful shade 22 Rose! Quick review: Za liquid concealer!

'Facelift in progress?'  That's what Za's Concealer Perfection has been labelled as when I saw it in the store a while back! This line has since been repackaged in pink and I think maybe reformulated too! It's a pretty darn good concealer having used this on and off for the last year!

March haul: Peplum and casual tops craze! (Forever 21, Cotton on)

Peplum mayhem! I recently got a chance to run through Forever 21 and Cotton on during my term break and I ended up getting all these casual, comfortable and easy to wear and match peplum and simple tops! Been clothes shopping the last three weeks too much! I really must hold back next month and I think I will because I'll be starting my internship soon with little spare time!

Any spare time will go to blogging, cooking, gardening and spending time with my boyfriend!

Friendly, warm and pretty! This is the look I did for going to see my boyfriend after his work. Got to use my new MUA Undress Me Palette and I'm just in love with the shades!

Having heard about the rave over different types of hair oils like Argan the last two years I personally didn't want to try any Argan oil products due to the recent years of over harvesting the argan fruit. Instead I got myself some Macadamia oil products from the ever popular Organix hair line!

Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc goodness! Feast your eyes on one of my first high end buy in a long time, a first from Laura Mercier! I was sooo tempted to get a foundation from them as my first purchase from their brand but then I noticed these lovely testers! There were four shades for this in the Sephora I went into although there are 6 shades available in the full line!

FOTD: A quick green and teal lined eye look!

Green and teal lined love! I personally love green and teals and blues! When I'm lazy, I go either neutral or just line my eyes with colored eyeliners! I know, not much skill is involved in lining eyes neatly but that's my way of being quick and not fussy when I'm in a rush to see my other half!

I love Japanese foooood!! As someone who doesn't eat out on a regular basis in restuarants...when I do eat out with my boyfriend or mom I love to eat Japanese food! I don't know what it is about it, the simpleness of the flavors, the clean tastes, the colors and variety of ingredients, I love everything about Japanese food!

Feast your eyes on my magic pots! If you've never heard or experience Bourjois little pot blushes it's about time you've been enlightened! I've been using these for more than a year now, collected them bit by bit. Bourjois has many more shades than the five I own but I find several of them quite similar and some too dark for my liking.

They are of consistently great quality and as I've reviewed in the past, I love how there's been attention paid to the packaging of the blushes. The exterior matches the shade and finishing of the product inside! (Check out my review for 3 of them here!)

February: Things to Trash and Rejects!

Finally a break! The next whole week maybe just the only solid week of break I'll be having in the next year...so wish me luck. I got off school today, was walking around and saw booths selling some skincare and make up at great discounted prices!

Then, I saw the NYX booth which belongs to a seller in Singapore called 'Smoochiez', she brings in cosmetics, nail polish and some accessories that aren't easily found in Singapore or which can be found like OPI but sells them a lot cheaper!

I've held off some many times from buying things from her booths but today I cracked and picked up a bunch! Anyway....enjoy checking out my empties and things to trash!

Plum perfection! I've been horrendously busy with school and other things on my weekends and days off, so do excuse me for my less frequent posts! I'm dying to finish up some reviews and do some food post as I've been cooking a lot!

This was the look I created to go out with my family the weekend after chinese new year to visit family friends. I wanted feminine, soft, pretty and wearable and chose to go with plummy rosy shades!

Rave Review: Red Earth Illusion Lights eyeshadow in 03 Forever Ever!

Metallic, wearable and neutral! I'm now completely in love with Redearth single eyeshadows! I've already tried one shade called "Iced Brownie" a short while ago and it was amazing which depth in color that wasn't expected!

I went back and ended up picking up another neutral shade. The range is small and there are two browns, this is the lighter one, almost a bit peachy gold.

Feburary Food: Home made Thai food and Spinach tagliatelle!

Here's what's been cooking! Not much to be honest but I'm quite happy I did some new things! I get cravings for making certain things now and again and my next thing is going to be char siu wanton noodles for sunday!

I'm finally drained after the last two weeks! Had school last weekend and I was busy on my compensation days off for the weekend! Had my exams in school and now I'm ready to rest!
