Foodie days: German lunch, Japnese sets and a snack platter!

German lunch date! Some while ago my darling boy and I were around his area of the East Coast here in Singapore and he decided to bring me to have a real yummy German lunch in this cozy little restaurant! I was in the mood for sausages and the works and he went for something chunkier!

Catrice Defining Blush in shade 020 Rose Royce!

Defining blush! Having completely RAIDED the Catrice display at the Guardian in NEX shopping mall in Serangoon this was the first blush I picked up from them!

Being a huge blush fan and I love rosey pink shades, this one just jumped at me! I swatched the babies on the stand and there were so smooth and pigmented! I since have went back for another but will definitely be wanting to pick up another shade or two, these are simply amazing!

Review: Bourjois Brush Foundation in shade 34 Beige Rose!

Brush my foundation! This was a lovely free gift with purchase when I made my big Bourjois haul two summers ago! Yes, that means this foundation is at least two years old but that didn't stop me from trying it out! They only had one shade for me to choose from and I thought it was too light at the time but it turned out really well.

Meeting the other half after work! What look do you go for instinctively when you meet up with your other half? I always go for a safe and yet always flawless and feminine neutral glam eye with a flushed cheek! Shimmery browns are my favorite shades to use, no matter the occasion they are perfect!

Skincare Haul: The Face Shop products and home baked goods!

Korean face products haul! These lovely face products were hauled in July! I walked into the shop wanting to get some skincare but I also ended up picking up their best selling BB cream and got two lovely samples to try as well!

I also have been baking a bunch of goodies, chocolate cup cakes and apple crumble for your pleasure below!

Smoldery black lined eyes! Honestly, I'm a huge fan of black lined eyes with winged eyeliner and a touch of warmth on the cheeks and lips! If my eyes didn't get watery as easily as they do every single day regardless of make up or not I'd love to wear my lined eye looks!

Review: Topshop Cheek Duo in Desert Sun!

My first 'Blush & Bronzer' duo! Having been eyeing Topshops beautiful range of make up for soo long I thought I'd try out this cheek duo since I couldn't find any of their cream cheek shades I was looking for! I've heard that their cream shadows aren't too bad either!

Summery Red Copper eye look!

Warm summery glow! Using a very inexpensive duo from an asian brand, I did this super quick and easy reddish copper eye! This type of look is perfect is you want something simple and effortless. Using other warm colors like a bronze brown would work too!

Vegetarian dinner night out!

Vegetarian Chinese dinner! This was a dinner arranged by a buddhist group in Singapore to celebrate the birthday of buddha a few months back. I brought my boyfriend along to attend the dinner with my mother and grandmother.

Here's photos of the chinese vegetarian dinner items! They are pretty much the same and are similar to what normal chinese course dinners serve except all meat items are made of tofu or gluten!

Purple Chrome look!

Purple Chrome eyes! This was a look I did a while back when going out kitchen appliance shopping with my friend! I've been using my Maybelline color tattoo shadows like crazy, almost every single time I do my eye make up and this was no exception!

Using 'Bad to the Bronze' as a base and a Barry M Dazzle dust, I created this brown based purple chrome look. Combined with some purple eyeliner and pow!

Review: The Face Shop Power Perfection BB Cream in 02 Natural Beige!

Perfection Power! Having known that this is the best selling BB cream from The Face Shop and how it's been so well raved by the bloggers locally and in this region of the world, I had to pick up the smaller tube!

This is The Face Shop's Power Perfection BB cream, it comes in only two shades, I'm using the second more flesh toned, slightly more beige shade.
